Hawaii!

This will probably be a little disappointing after all the anticipation of this blog, but here it is anyway. We stayed at the Turtle Bay Resort, which was beautiful! When I got in my room I went straight to see my view. This is what I saw:

Since there is like a three or four hour time difference from Hawaii I woke up around 6:00 Hawaii time and went outside to see the sunrise. It was beautiful. It was my first time watching a sunrise, so to be in Hawaii it was perfect.
It was also great to be able to see my good friend Camille who goes to BYU Hawaii. She came to my game and then I got to hang out with her for a while. She took me around campus and showed me where see lives. To was so much fun to be able to see and spend time with her.

Another great part of the trip was surf lessons. I wish I had some pictures, but I don't right now. They make it as easy as possible for you, so it was pretty easy to get up, but I still had lots of fun. I also really enjoyed just sitting on the balcony to read and having the balcony door open to hear the ocean. It was so much fun to be there. Oh yeah, and we won both of our games, so that always makes traveling a lot better.

I am a Horrible Person

I know I should be posting about Hawaii, but that will happen until I am done with finals. I just wanted to quickly post about what a bad person I am. In practice today I broke someone's nose, but not just anyone's nose. I broke the nose of the girl who is getting married next week! Yeah, like I said, I'm a horrible person.

Sorry I haven't posted about Hawaii yet but...

I've been a little busy doing this.

Luckily, my two hardest finals are done with. Just 3 more to go now. So now you can look forward to my Hawaii post and seeing all my Christmas decorations. But until then I will be doing more of this.

On Friday I went over to my sister Melissa's house to carve pumpkins. Here are all of the wonderful creations. (P.S. My pumpkin is Sally, but don't be to impressed I cheated and used an pattern.)

Look for Me on TV!

College gameday is coming to Provo for the big TCU vs. BYU game. I will be there at 7 am to pass out juice boxes. Then at 9:30 I will be in the homecoming parade. Finally, the day will end with being at the game and being announced at half time with the basketball team. So watch for me on ESPN for college gameday and then in the crowd for the football game. I'm excited. Should be a fun to be at such a big game!

I survived

This morning was rough. At 6:15am I had to run every single stair of this building.

Literally, every stair in the Marriott Center was touched by my foot, some even multiple times. Including the ones in the nose bleeds section that you can barely even see in this picture.
However, a little while after that tough battle, I had a wonderful experience in that same building. I was able to be in the same room as the prophet. It was awesome. I loving hearing his stories and talks. I especially love how funny his is. Today really reaffirmed my love for the prophet.

The best moment of the day is sitting in a packed Marriott Center with about 30,000 people talking. Then what seems all at once it falls silent and everyone stands up while President Monson walks in. It was one of the coolest experiences of my life and I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to be so close to a prophet of God.

Zip Line

Sorry I haven't been blogging, but here are a few pictures of me going on a zip line. It was pretty cool.
